A Pacer/Sprinter combination calls at the new Platform 3 at Kirkham with a Blackpool South to Preston train on 30th January 2018, the day after the station reopened for these services.

On the left a similar train is on Platform 1, which now serves only the Blackpool South line. The currently unused Platform 2 will be for Blackpool North services in due course.
